Hi, my name is Keith, and my goal is to make quality objects, which are meant to be used, and made to last.
I work mostly on a lathe, which is a type of machine use throughout the ages to spin material really fast, while you poke at it with sharp objects. There’s more to it than that of course, but that’s the short story.
I also work primarily with wood, the world’s best building material if you’re asking me. It’s durable, beautiful, unique, and if we’re doing it right, it’s sustainable.
Most of my work is small, and I try my best to always make the most of the material available.
Most all of my work is a one-off. I do work in small batches sometimes, but even then, each item is different than the next. This means that every piece will be unique, and in many cases, truly one of a kind.
There’s never a guarantee that I’ll make the same thing twice. When you’re purchasing an item here, you’re purchasing the exact item in the photos. The photos aren’t a representation of something similar, they’re photos of the exact item that will end up in your hands.
